Green Silicon Carbide Powder for Coating​ is a synthetic brittle carborundum. SiC powder is with high chemical stability, high hardness, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, wide bandgap, high electron drift velocity, high electron mobility, special resistance temperature characteristics. Silicon carbide powder is also with the properties of anti-wear, excellent performance, high temperature, thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, radiation, good semi-conductive characteristics. Haixu Abrasives manufacturing high purity and high uniformity silicon carbide powder. After acid pickled and water wash process, the quality meets FEPA or JIS standards. As a material that will be maintaining stability at high temperatures, green silicon carbide powder can work well as an additive in thermal resistance coating, paint, and complex materials.
